This is a Donation Request Application for AFRIpads Menstrual Kits.

• All answers must be accurate and transparent.
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and candidates will be evaluated against selection criteria.
• If awarded, the quantity of kits and the timeframe of the donation will be determined by AFRIpads and communicated via email.
• If not awarded, your organisation can re-apply after 6 months.
