Donation Request Application

This is a Donation Request Application for AFRIpads Menstrual Kits.

Applications should be submitted by email to [email protected] with the subject line: “AFRIpads Donation Request Application”.
All answers must be accurate and transparent. Use as much space as necessary to answer the questions.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, but allow a minimum of 30-days for a response.
Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and candidates will be evaluated against selection criteria.
If awarded, the quantity of kits and the timeframe of the donation will be determined by AFRIpads.
If not awarded, your organisation can re-apply after 12-months.
If you do not receive a reply after 30-days, please send a follow-up email to [email protected].
